Sponsorship Benefits:
- Display of Company Logo and Link to Website on each page of our website
- Display of Company Logo and Link to Website on our E-Mail News Broadcasts to database of media contacts, participants, and all other sponsors.
- Sponsorship Announcement on our Facebook Page and Twitter Accounts
- Company Name and Logo Displayed on all Print Media Coverage, Press Releases and Announcements (from the day of application & payment for remaining prints & announcements)
Day of the Event
- Premium Placement at the Event of your Tent or Automobile (see below for restrictions)
- Company Name and Products will be announced throughout the event by Event Entertainment DJ
For Auto/motorcycle Dealers:
- Showcase and Display up to 2 Vehicles/Bikes (any make, model, year- classics are ok.)
- Signage allowed in and around vehicles; on the ground, on the vehicle or on an easel. We ask for NO Banners or Tents over the vehicles. We prefer to have open areas around the vehicles for traffic flow.
- Free to pass out any material or giveaways that pertain to your company or product- please no solicitation of items or endorsements for other companies or items.
For All Other Sponsors:
- 10×10 Space for Product or Service Display
- Signage allowed in and around space allotted. Please be courteous of neighboring tents.
- Free to pass out any material or giveaways that pertain to your company or product- please no solicitation of items or endorsements for other companies or items.

Sponsor Application 2012 Windermere Auto Show
For Vendors- this will pertain to anyone who would like to sell items at the event. We welcome local businesses and any auto related products or services. For Food Vendors- please contact the Vendor Liaison, Denise Brown with Windermere Fine Art & Custom Framing at 407-876-0270 as space is limited.
